SERVICE BDC REPRESENTATIVE

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for an individual with a positive, energetic personality and possess a strong work ethic. The BDC Representative will be responsible for successfully following up with customers after their service visits, handling inbound service phone calls and scheduling service appointments. The right candidate will help us generate more service appointments and help our business grow and reach the next level. You must be a team player with a professional appearance.

Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming and outgoing customer service calls for the service department
Schedule service department appointments.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Update detailed customer information in the customer database during each call
Follow company procedures, policies and department playbook.
Provide outstanding customer service with problem solving skills and product knowledge.
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base.
Great listening skills while being attentive to customer needs and priorities to provide the highest degree of caller satisfaction.
Communicate all appointment activity and customer concerns with Service Advisors and Service Manager.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Previous call center experience (an asset but not required).
