CUSTODIAN

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Custodian. The custodian maintains a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees
• Cleans the service and customer areas.
• Washes all windows, glass doors and glass panels throughout service area.
• Mops and cleans service waiting area, offices, lunch room, halls and bathrooms.
• Cleans all signs, posters, service signs, mirrors, fans and vending machines.
• Maintains hot beverage areas by cleaning counter surfaces and restocking coffee and related supplies as needed.
• Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies as needed.
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary.
• Empties and cleans lunchroom refrigerator once a week.
• Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
• Removes all debris from lot.
• Uses proper eye, hand and body protection when using products that require protection.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
