Job Responsibilities

Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Education and/or Experience
Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS. 
Must have valid Texas Driver's License

Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Assist in mentoring technician trainees
Attend company and factory training
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Alignment/Brake/Suspension Technician to join our team. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience, and be able to perform alignments on all make/model vehicles.  Knowledge about brakes and brake systems is also required.  The ideal candidate will have experience in dagnosing, repairing and maintaining various suspension systems for vehicles.  Key responsibilities include inspecting suspension components, performing alignments, and ensuring overall vehicle safety and performance.  Hunter alignment equipment experience is preferred, but not required.  A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship is essential.  ASE certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Warranty Clerk 
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Warranty Clerk Assistant.  The Warranty clerk Assistant works along side the Warranty Clerk to prepare, recorda nd submit warranty claims. 
Job Responsibilities

Assists submitting warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor
Assists in processing all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
Assists in verifying criteria required by factory or distributor
Assists in reconciling all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
Assists posting credits on computer.
Assists resubmitting all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.
Assists following up on payment of outstanding claims.
Assists tracking warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed of.
Assists arranging for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor or to be scrapped.
Assists filing and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor.
Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
Assists keeping up with warranty trend report.
Assists with body shop warranty claims as needed.
Assists with the cashier and telephone duties as needed.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Make-Ready Technician/Detailer – Auto Dealership

Note damage and notify service so a claim can be filed within 24 hours
Perform quality control inspections of all vehicles before being brought to frontline
Coordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveries
Attend department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED; 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
